Also ask them what your benefits cover and if there is a co-pay due at each visit.

I believe the office you visited lacked greatly in people skills if you know what I mean. If you felt uncomfortable then, I definitely wouldn't be going back!

Wow, so exciting with 2, and a little scary too, routines change, but oh what blessings!

BeckiBeckihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06516915767134938195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-178182932683910660.post-41683199218496622052011-03-14T17:05:15.123-07:002011-03-14T17:05:15.123-07:00I am so sorry you had such a negative experience f...I am so sorry you had such a negative experience for such a happy occasion. As a nurse, I am particularly offended by that office's bad vibe. All I can think is there must be a really bad dynamic there. Where did you deliver last time and is staying with your previous MD not an option?
Hope you can put this behind you as their issue; the poor, miserable souls, and look ahead to the joy of a baby brother or sister for our Zoey :)lizhunthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741468342491028915noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-178182932683910660.post-7580030684047865252011-03-14T15:19:28.846-07:002011-03-14T15:19:28.846-07:00Amanda ~ I am so sorry you had to go through that!...Amanda ~ I am so sorry you had to go through that! I HATE the way doctor's offices run like a business sometimes. You deserve to be treated better. I don't have time to spend expressing my disgust, but I wanted to tell you CONGRATULATION! I am so happy for you. It is a different and FANTASTIC world with 2!Stacynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-178182932683910660.post-22982437239255556212011-03-14T11:34:44.300-07:002011-03-14T11:34:44.300-07:00I agree wholeheartedly Amanda. They're trying to make you want to come back again, not piss you off so badly you want to burn the place to the ground.

And I don't care if you were 500 pounds and could barely walk, saying it like /that/ was just not cool at all. I would have filed a complaint if I were you. Managers usually like to know if their employees are being asses.

On a lighter note though, just forget about it because you've got tons more doctors visits to go and this is just one crappy one out of the many more that are gonna go great (optimism at its best). You've got a brand new life inside of you. Don't sweat the small stuff. If you can get by with just this one crappy doctors appointment, you're doing good. :D

Let yourself be excited, and don't let it get to you. You're a nice, funny, intelligent, and beautiful young woman! Be a duck and keep on swimming gurl!Shannonhttp://facebook.com/piccu.pienoreply@blogger.com
