Weekly Gratitude

This week has gone by really fast! Short week or not, I am still grateful!

I am especially grateful for...

...Making a flower pen. Zoey fell in love with this flower pen and has been writing all week. She will even point to the paper and tell me what letters to write.

...Popsicles. Because it is hot and the are delicious. And yes, Zoey is two-fisting Popsicles, at least until I stole mine back from her.

...My Mom helping me make the shirt Zoey is wearing. When we were in FL visiting my parents we made her several little shirts like this. It is just a plain white shirt with fabric ironed on it and paints. But I think it looks super cute.

...The Beach. We had a lovely Memorial Day at the beach. Zoey loved the water and so did I!

...Zoey loving to cook. She loves to help me in the kitchen. This evening we were making pico de gallo.

...Lazarus and/or my desk. My desk is a mess, but Laz seemed to find a nice spot to relax that is out of reach from the dog. Even though its messy, it's a great workspace for me.

...Baseball! We went to the Charleston Riverdogs game this week. I love that we can let her experience it and she actually enjoys watching it.

...oven mitts. And the fact that Zoey has learned how they are suppose to be used as she says "hot hot." But we still use them as puppets too.

...Apple Jacks. My breakfast of champions!

...couponing. Paying $19.17 for $31.50 worth of food, yes, couponing is awesome!

  2. Wow, that's great savings. Do you get your coupons from the paper? Or do you get them elsewhere?

  4. Life really is about all the little things! I love my family and all the adventures we have together.

For coupons...I get one paper every week and then look up online coupons too. I love getting the grocery sale ad every week. It's so much fun to see what you can get for good sales, plus coupons!
