Pray for Each Other

James 5:16 -- "Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results."

Being truly open and honest with others is intimidating and sometimes down right scary. When you confess problems, concerns and sins you are putting yourself out there for ridicule and rejection. However, if you share with a fellow child of God, you have to have faith that they will love you despite your imperfection, in the same way Christ does. You should also support other despite their imperfections because let's face it, non of us are perfect.

When we share with each other we open ourselves to vulnerability, but through that we can enter into an even greater power through Christ. When we pray for others and they for us, it will produce wonderful results that were not reachable on your own. We are stronger in Christ than we are alone and we are stronger together than on our own.

Matthew 18:19-20 -- "I also tell you this: If two of you agree here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you. For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.”

By coming together and lifting each other up, God is present and able to make wonderful things happen through the faith of those who love him and love each other.
